📋 Booking Policy – Soukhymn Consultations Welcome to Soukhymn! Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your consultation: ✅ 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made in advance through our website or WhatsApp. Your slot is confirmed only after successful payment. ⏳ 2. Service Delivery Timeline Most text/email-based reports are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Phone consultations are scheduled based on the expert’s availability. 🧘♂️ 3. Required Information Please provide accurate Name, Date of Birth, and Area of Concern at the time of booking. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay your report. 💬 4. Communication Mode For text services: Report will be sent via Email or WhatsApp (PDF format). For phone consultations: You will receive a scheduled time slot. 🔁 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once if informed at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable but can be adjusted as credit for future services. 🙏 6. Refund Policy Since services are time and knowledge-based, no refunds will be issued after the consultation or report has been delivered. 💖 7.
